1 ¼ oz. Big Gin x D&C chardonnay barrel aged gin½ oz. Luxardo Bitter Bianco½ oz. Cherry tomato-infused Tio Pepe fino sherry¼ oz. Verjus blanc¼ oz. Laurent Cazottes 72 Tomatoes liqueur½ tsp. Giffard passion fruit liqueur3 drops 20% MSG solution
Combine ingredients and stir.
Strain over a block of ice in a double Old Fashioned glass.
Garnish with a cherry tomato on a pick.
