Course Drinks
Keyword citrus, Cointreau, grapefruit soda, lemon
½ oz. Citrus syrup¾ oz. Cointreau½ oz. Lemon juice1 ¼ oz. Three Cents grapefruit soda
Combine ingredients except soda in shaker.
Add ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain into a cocktail glass.
Top with grapefruit soda.
Garnish with lemon peel twist.

Tough as a Mother
Course Drinks
Keyword Champagne, gin, lime
1 oz. Rose petal-infused gin*¾ oz. The Perfect Purée El Corazon blend thawed¼ oz. Lime juice4 drops Orange blossom waterChampagne
Add all ingredients except Champagne to a shaker.
Shake with ice and strain into a flute.
Top with Champagne.
Garnish with a twisted lime peel.
*For Rose petal-infused gin
Infuse one bottle of gin with 3 tablespoons of food grade dried rose petals overnight. Strain the next day.

Keyword orange juice, Peach nectar, sparkling rosé, thyme
1 oz. Orange juice1 oz. Peach nectar4 oz. Sparkling rosé1 Thyme sprig
Fill a wine glass with ice.
Add juice, nectar and sparkling rosé.
Gently stir.
Garnish with thyme sprig.

2 oz. Empress 1908 Indigo gin¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice¾ oz. Lavender honey syrup¼ oz. Rose water
Rinse a chilled coupe glass with rose water.
Add the gin, lemon and syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into the coupe.
Garnish with a sprig of lavender or edible flower.

Keyword gin, ginger beer, lime, strawberry jam
2 oz. New Riff Kentucky Wild Gin¾ oz. Lime juice1 heaping tbsp. Strawberry jalapeno jam or regular strawberry jam4 oz. Q hibiscus ginger beer
Add ingredients except ginger beer to a shaker.
Shake well and strain into a Collins glass.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
