Show Me Your Kiwis

This spicy tequila cocktail from Monarch Restaurants in Dallas uses a house-made kiwi cinnamon agave syrup.

Course Drinks

Keyword agave, kiwi, lime, strawberry, tequila, Topo Chico sparkling water

2 oz. Strawberry-infused tequila¾ oz. House-made kiwi cinnamon agave¾ oz. Lime juiceTop with Topo Chico sparkling water

Combine first three ingredients in shaker.

Shake well and pour into Collins glass with ice.

Garnish with kiwi fruit slice.
