To commemorate the joyous occasion of season three of Bridgerton, select restaurants at Kimpton and InterContinental hotels on May 1 launched a limited-time “Spill the Tea” menu featuring cocktails and high tea bites inspired by the Regency-era drama series.
The menu’s tea-infused drinks include A Bee in Your Bonnet, made with Kinsey 4-Year bourbon, lemon verbena honey syrup, lemon juice and Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur, and Art of the Swan, with chai tea, Diplomatico Mantuano dark rum, Mr. Black coffee liqueur and espresso. What’s more, to ensure that the tea is HOT, each drink will come accompanied by a pre-written “gossip card” with a question that is sure to stir up scandalous conversations at the table.
The participating properties offering this beverage experience are Ever Bar, located inside The Kimpton Everly (Los Angeles); Apron, inside The Kimpton Overland Hotel (Atlanta); Elm & Good in The Kimpton Pittman Hotel (Dallas); Table 45 Restaurant, Bar & Lounge in the InterContinental Cleveland; Red Owl Tavern in The Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia; and Pennyroyal in the Kimpton Palladian Hotel (Seattle). The Spill the Tea menu, which may vary by restaurant, will be available until June 30.
