1 ½ oz. Equiano Original rum¼ oz. Grand Marnier¾ oz. Real black cherry puree¾ oz. Lemon1 Egg white4 drops Chocolate bitters2 dashes Orange bittersLemon zestShaved chocolateCherry garnish
Add ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
Fine strain into another shaker without ice and shake for 10 more seconds.
Strain into chilled coupe glass and zest with lemon.
Garnish with shaved chocolate and a cherry on a cocktail skewer.
