Drink Experiences: The Brooklyn Tree House at Brooklyn Chop House

Brooklyn Chop House, with two locations in New York, has an innovative concept to encourage sharing among friends and create an engaging experience: The Brooklyn Tree House, a 12-cocktail tower presented with a sparkler.

Guests select up to three different cocktails, frozen or mixed, to create the custom tower. Drink options include the Lemon Drop; Lychee Martini, Sour Diesel (Courvoisier Cognac, peach schnapps, lemon, grapefruit, agave); Perfect Margarita, Spicy Watermelon Cooler (jalepeño-infused Teremana tequila, watermelon, strawberry, lime, mint); This Side of the Bridge (Grey Goose pear vodka, lime, rosemary syrup); Cucumber Mint Cooler (Ketel One cucumber mint vodka, St. Germain, lime club soda, mint); or one of the restaurant’s four Frozes beverages.

The offering aligns with Brooklyn Chop House’s reputation for blending culinary innovation with an inviting and lively atmosphere, the company says. Not only is the drink tower tailored to individual tastes, it makes a striking centerpiece perfect for social media.

What’s more, the restaurant notes that the Brooklyn Tree House — priced at $95 — provides excellent value, making it an attractive option for groups looking to enjoy a premium cocktail experience without breaking the bank.
