Renowned for its exceptional quality and smooth taste, Chopin serves as the ideal canvas for our talented bartenders.
Originally, I am from Poland. I grew up on an organic farm there, where food and beverages were made from scratch, with fresh ingredients. Let me introduce you to my latest creation, a cocktail inspired by my Polish roots and paired with premium Polish potato vodka, Chopin Vodka, a perfect match for my craft. Named after one of my artworks (background of attached picture), the ENCHANTED GARDEN cocktail features homemade Polish beetroot borscht, horseradish-infused pickle juice, and peppered Worcestershire sauce. The fermented essence of the Enchanted Garden is derived from the borscht, made from scratch over 24 hours.
It is a drink designed to aid digestion, following the Polish tradition of eating a fermented snacks after a vodka shot. The Enchanted Garden, garnished with a green olive filled with goat cheese and a slice of marinated beet, can be served chilled, neat, or at room temperature with a small charcuterie board. Experience the unique, authentic, and wholesome essence of my Polish heritage!

I really wanted to play up the versatility and innovative spirit of Chopin Vodka. Using the potato vodka as my base, I also utilized two Botanika Angelica liqueurs that use Chopin Rye for their base. The orange liqueur and elderflower flavor profile will be balanced out by a Supasawa sour solution making it a great summer sipper to enjoy with your new augmented reality token.
Combine all ingredients with ice.
Shake and strain over a large rock.
Garnish your cocktail with local wildflowers and a digital butterfly.
Sip and enjoy.
