Behind the Casa Julian Cocktail from Amarena

From NYC’s newest Italian restaurant, Amarena, comes Casa Julian, a refreshing tequila and campari cocktail.

The drink is a blend of Italian and Mexican cultures – heavily influenced by Chef and restaurant owner, Chef Julian Medina, who was born and raised in Mexico, and now lives in the melting pot of NYC and loves Italian culture.

Chef Julian Medina crafted this delightful drink after his summer travels to Italy, inspired by al fresco Happy Hours in Rome. The ginger and lemon syrup add a burst of freshness, and the cucumber infuses a light, refreshing touch.

Check out his recipe below!
