1 oz. Earl Grey Simple Syrup
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
Stir and pour over a Large Earl Grey, Lemon and Rosemary Ice Cube*.

2 sprigs rosemary
6 bags Earl Grey Tea
Cut lemons into wheels, and cut the wheels into 4 separate corners.
Use 5 of these corners per cube and 2 small sprigs of rosemary per cube.
Steep six bags of Earl Grey in hot water.
While hot, pour Earl grey tea over cubes with lemon and rosemary.
Freeze until solid.
