Flock To Me

by Peacock Room at Kimpton Hotel Fontenot — New Orleans

Ingredients

1 oz. Grey Goose
½ oz. Grey Goose Watermelon Basil Vodka
¼ oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
¼ oz. Berto Aperitivo
1 oz. Honeydew Syrup
¾ oz. Lemon
¼ oz. Blue Falernum *layered
8 dashes Butterfly Pea Flower Tincture *layered

Preparation

In bottom of Collins glass, add Blue Falernum, fill with crushed ice.
In shaker tin, combine non layered ingredients, shake and strain over crushed ice.
Add more crushed ice and top off with Butterfly Pea Flower Tincture.

Rum

Hurricane

Ingredients

1 oz. Bacardi Superior
1 oz. Brugal Añejo Rum
¼ oz. Hamilton 151 Demerara River
½ oz. Lemon
¾ oz. Passionfruit Puree
2 dashes Sarsaparilla Bitters
4 dashes Angostura Bitters

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin, shake, strain into Collins glass, fill with crushed ice.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and mangled umbrella.

Strawberry Swing

by King Brasserie & Bar at Kimpton Hotel Fontenot — New Orleans

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. Oxbow Silver Rum
1 oz. Strawberry Syrup
¼ oz. St. Germaine
¼ oz. Benedictine
¼ oz. Prosecco
¼ oz. Lemon

Preparation

Add all ingredients except Prosecco to shaker tin, shake, strain into wine glass, add crushed ice, top with Prosecco.
Garnish with a dehydrated strawberry slice.
