As the crisp air of autumn begins to settle in, the allure of seasonal flavors becomes irresistible.

This fall, El Mayor Tequila invited nine Chilled 100 bartenders, a distinguished group of mixologists from across the United States, to craft an exclusive collection of fall-inspired cocktails.

Each bartender has teamed up with El Mayor Tequila to infuse their unique flair into these creations, blending the rich, smooth essence of fine tequila with the vibrant tastes of the season. Join us as we explore these innovative concoctions that are sure to elevate your autumnal celebrations and warm your spirits as the leaves turn.

“Originally this started as a Martinez inspired cocktail and just took a little bit of a turn instead! I think this spirit forward banger is perfect to enjoy as it gets cooler outside and then end of year holidays approach us. I really wanted to focus on the nutty and caramel flavors in the El Mayor Anejo and enhance that into something that could stretch into the holiday season. The nuttiness in Amontillado sherry really helps stretch the complexity of the anejo tequila even further. Then I wanted to add 10yr Madeira to warm it up just a bit. The Muz Vermouth and spiced pear liquor enhance that with flavors of clove, orange, pear, and make it pair great with watching the leaves fall during spooky season. Maybe read some Edgar Allen Poe with the cocktail name being inspired by The Cask of Amontillado.  This cocktail is meant to be comforting and an easy sipper. Enjoy!”
