MoM Wolfies Whisky Flight Cases 2024 T&Cs
THE PROMOTER: The promoter is Atom Supplies Limited (company register number 03193057), trading as Master of Malt (MoM) and having its registered office at Unit 1 Ton Business Park, 2-8 Morley Road, Tonbridge, Kent, TN9 1RA, United Kingdom.
THESE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY: By entering this competition, entrants confirm they have read, understand and agree that these terms and the MoM Privacy Policy (and the way we process personal data) are binding to them. MoM reserves the right to amend these terms; to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend this competition at any time.
ELIGIBILITY: This competition is only open to private individuals acting in their capacity as retail consumers who are 18 years or older and are residents of the United Kingdom, excluding Northern Ireland. To be eligible, the shipping address for the winning entry must be in the UK, excluding Northern Ireland. Ineligible entries (howsoever received) will be discarded. The competition is not open to any employees (and their immediate family) of the promoter or any of its associated companies. MoM reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) at any time and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who, or any entry which, it believes has breached any of these terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or improper conduct which may undermine the fair and proper conduct of this competition.
ENTRY/COMPETITION PERIOD: This competition opens at 09:00:00 UK time on 30 September 2024 and closes at 23:59:59 UK time on 06 October 2024.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, eligible individuals must purchase any of the following products from www.masterofmalt.com (as available) during the entry period: 70cl Wolfie’s Blended Scotch Whisky – First Release. For a purchase to be a qualifying entry it: (i) must be made on www.masterofmalt.com; (ii) must be completed within the entry period (i.e. payment approved and order confirmation received before the expiry of the entry period); and (iii) must be made on and subject to MoM’s standard Consumer Terms of Business (a qualifying entry). Multiple entries are permitted! Any determination whether a purchase is a qualifying entry will be made by MoM in its sole discretion.
WINNER(S): 10 winners will be selected at random out of all qualifying entries throughout the entry period and by the end of the entry period at random intervals. The selection of the winners made will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
THE PRIZE:The prize for each winner is a bottle of 70cl Wolfie’s Blended Scotch Whisky with a Sir Rod Stewart signature label affixed to it (i.e. the winner will not receive the prize as an additional bottle of whisky) along with a Wolfies presentation flight case. The prize is inclusive of packaging and carriage, provided by the promoter and it is strictly non-negotiable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any equivalent cash value, cash alternative, or for other items. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is not available for reasons outside of the promoter’s control.
UK SHIPPING ONLY: The prize can only be delivered to a valid address within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) provided by the prize recipient.
CLAIMING THE PRIZE: As winners will be selected at random throughout the entry period and the prize will be delivered to the winner with their winning order, winners do not need to claim the prize separately and prizes are administered automatically. If for any reason, MoM is unable to administer the prize in this manner, MoM will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner; if the winner cannot be reached to resolve any identified issues within 5 days of MoM contacting them, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the and and MoM reserves the right to select another winner at random from all other qualifying entries and offer the prize to the newly selected winner. MoM cannot accept any responsibility if any winner is unable to take up the prize or fails to claim the prize within the time limit as set out above. MoM may contact the winners for feedback in respect of the competition and/or prize and may use any feedback provided when announcing the results and promoting the competition or subsequent competitions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The promoter will not be responsible for any purchase which does not qualify you for entry for any reason (for example, due to technical error, payment error or connection failure). The promoter will not be responsible for delivery of the prize to any incorrect address. Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents, employees, and/or representatives shall in no circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any entrant who participates in the competition and/or the winner who claim(s) the prize for any loss, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever and howsoever caused, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any direct, indirect or consequential losses arising out of or in connection with their participation in this competition, except where it is caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents, employees, and/or authorised representatives. Competition entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
GENERAL: These terms shall be governed by the law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
