¾ oz. Hendrick’s Gin4 oz. Sauvignon blanc1 oz. The Perfect Purée white peach puree thawed2 oz. Club soda3 inch chunks Honeydew melon3 sprigs Thyme 2 muddle, 1 garnish
Muddle the chunks of honeydew, 2 thyme sprigs and puree.
Add gin and shake well.
Strain into wine glass and add the 4 oz. of sauvignon slanc wine.
Add ice to the glass and fill with soda water.
Garnish with a lemon twist and thyme sprig.
