Crown Royal Aged 31 Years Rolls out to Retail

Crown Royal has announced the release of Crown Royal Aged 31 Years, the third installment in the brand’s Extra Rare Series.

This follows the launch last year of Crown Royal Aged 30 Years.

This whisky has the brand’s signature smooth mouth-feel, the distillery reports, with barrels selected by Mark Balkenende, Crown Royal master blender, to showcase their Canadian rye whisky’s spice, vanilla and smoothness. This blend presents spiced notes at the forefront, plus hints of red apple, toasted oak and vanilla. The finish includes warm fruity spice.

“Crown Royal Aged 31 Years is our rarest variant to date and serves as the perfect addition to any luxury spirits collection,” says Hadley Schafer, VP of Crown Royal. “This whisky has been patiently aging for over three decades, and it’s a true representation of the journey we have taken to create something extraordinary. We are excited to share this unique expression with our loyal brand adorers.”

Crown Royal Aged 31 Years has an ABV of 46%.

This new release is currently available for a limited time in select regions, including Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Texas.

The suggested retail price is $599 for a 750-ml. bottle.
