Hampton Water Launches A Bubbly

Rosé brand Hampton Water, created by rock star Jon Bon Jovi, his son Jesse Bongiovi and French winemaker Gérard Bertrand, on Oct. 16 announced the launch of Hampton Water Bubbly. The sparkling rosé from the South of France features grenache, a non-traditional but key component of the Hampton Water blend.

The pale pink bubbly’s blend, 47% pinot noir, 30% grenache and 23% chardonnay, has less than 5 grams of sugar per liter. Keeping the grenache noir grape included in the blend, which allows the signature South of France style to shine through, according to Bertrand.

The Hampton Water founders expanded into the bubbly category to celebrate everyday moments. They also wanted to remove the intimidation factor around sparkling wine, and the notion that it must be saved for special occasions.

Launched in 2018 as Diving Into Hampton Water, the still rosé was up 28% in the past 12 months, according to Impact Databank. The new Bubbly expression is available for a suggested retail price of $29.99 per 750-ml. bottle.
