Beet Boy Margarita

This riff on the classic from the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club in Dana Point, CA, gets its gorgeous color from, you guessed it, beets.

Course Drinks

Keyword agave, beets, Fee Foam, lime, tequila

2 oz. Casamigos Blanco tequila½ oz. Beet syrup1 oz. Lime juice¼ oz. Agave3 dashes Fee foam

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Shake well to combine.

Strain into coupe glass (or over ice)

Garnish with lime wheel.
