1 oz. Homemade rice syrup or horchata1 oz. Coconut-infused rum1 ½ oz. Clarified apple juice¼ oz. Evaporated milk
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
Shake for 20 seconds.
Pour into rocks glass.
Garnish with basil leaf, cinnamon stick and powdered sugar.
