1 ½ oz. Patron Silver
¾ oz. Raspberry Purée
1 oz. Coconut Milk
½ oz. Vanilla Extract
½ oz. Lime Juice
Mix all ingredients and pour over ice in a rocks glass.
2 oz. Cazcanes Blanco No. 7
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Pinch of Salt
4 oz. Grapefruit Soda
Jarritos, Squirt, or Fresca, or fresh-squeezed
Grapefruit Juice
Garnish: Grapefruit wedge or lime wheel
Rim a highball glass with lime and dip in coarse salt.
Add tequila, lime juice, and salt to the glass.
Fill with ice, top with grapefruit soda, and stir gently.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or lime wheel.

Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice.
Shake with a Boston shaker and strain into a white wine glass.

1 ½ oz. Hacienda de Chihuahua Sotol Plata
½ oz. Strawberry Creme
½ oz. Aperol
1 oz. Lemon Juice
4 tsp. Strawberry Jam
Garnish: Strawberry or Cherry
Mix all ingredients and pour over ice.

1 ½ oz. Bombay Sapphire East
¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed
¼ oz. Rose Water
¼ oz. Hand Pressed Lime Juice
½ oz. Turbinado Sugar Syrup
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
Shake and pour into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a rose petal and lime twist.
In a shaking tin add 4 raspberries and muddle.
Then add vodka, Chambord and lemon juice.
Squeeze in about a teaspoon of agave, add a little more if you like it sweeter (simple syrup works here too if that’s what you have on hand, go with ½ oz to start).
Add ice to your shaking tin and shake for about 10 seconds.
Strain over fresh ice in a collins glass and top it off with half lemonade and half soda water.
Garnish with raspberries and a dried rosebud for a cute valentine’s touch!

1 c. Pomegranate Juice
1-2 Grapefruits, thinly sliced
1-2 Blood Oranges, thinly sliced
1 c. Kumquats, sliced in half (optional)
1 bottle of Avaline Rose
Sparkling Water (to taste)
Combine pomegranate juice, grapefruit, blood oranges, kumquat slices, and Avaline Rosé in a large pitcher.
When ready to serve, top with sparkling water (to taste), a slice of grapefruit, and a couple kumquat halves.
Rim your rocks glass with Tajin and fill with ice.
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine-strain into rocks glass.
2 oz. BACARDÍ Superior Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
1/3 oz. Extra Fine Sugar
Add lime juice and sugar to a shaker and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Pour in the BACARDÍ Superior rum and fill the shaker with half-cubed ice, followed by some half-crushed ice.
Place the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled.
Finally, strain through a fine tea strainer into a chilled coupette.
1 ½ oz. Santa Teresa 1796
¾ oz. Martini Bitters
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Lime Juice
¼ oz. Simple Syrup
Add all ingredients in shaken tin, add ice, shake and strain over glassware.
Garnish with pineapple leaf and lime wheel.
1 ½ oz. Bacan Guaro 29
½ cup of Fresh Raspberries or 2 oz. Frozen Raspberries, defrosted
Juice from ½ Lime
½ oz. Agave (adjust to taste)
Grapefruit Soda
Mint and/or Pink Grapefruit Slice
Muddle mint, raspberries, lime, agave and Bacan 29.
Add ice and shake in a cocktail shaker.
Pour into rocks glass over ice.
Top with grapefruit soda.
Garnish with mint and/or slice of pink grapefruit.

2 oz. Bacan Guaro 29
2 oz. Champagne (Brut or Nature), well chilled
Add Bacan into a flute or coupe and top with chilled Champagne.
Garnish with a strawberry on the rim.
1 ¾ oz. Bacan Guaro 24
3 oz. Espresso (cooled)
½ oz. White Chocolate Syrup
Dark Chocolate, grated
Add Bacan Guaro 24, cooled espresso, and white chocolate syrup in a shaker with ice.
Shake well until cold.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with grated dark chocolate on top.
1 ½ oz. The Reid Vodka
1 Whole Lime, cut into quarters
½ oz. Simple Syrup
3-4 Fresh Medium Strawberries or 4-5 Frozen Strawberries (defrosted)*
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
Muddle lime and strawberries.
Add ice to the shaker.
Shake and pour all contents into a rocks glass.
Garnish with strawberries and mint.
*Note: If using puree instead of strawberries, use: 2 oz. The Reid Vodka, 1 oz. strawberry puree, 5-6 lime wedges and muddle lime, puree, and The Reid. Adjust for personal sweetness/sourness. Add crushed ice, swizzle, top with more crushed ice. Garnish with a strawberry and mint.
