Keyword cachaca, Ginger syrup, lime, pear, shochu
1 oz. Novo Fogo bar strength cachaça1 oz. iichiko Saiten shochu¾ oz. Pear juice½ oz. Lime juice½ oz. Ginger syrup
Add all ingredients to a small shaker tin.
Fill with ice and shake.
Strain over fresh ice into double rocks glass.
Garnish with dehydrated pear and candied ginger.
