The Herradura Watermelon Mint Margarita is the final recipe we have for our Margarita Month coverage.

Usually just one day, 22 February, we’ve extended the Margarita celebrations because… well to tell the truth we can’t think of a good reason why not!

25ml Herradura Reposado Tequila
25ml Fresh lime juice
25ml Agave nectar
Watermelon cubes, muddled
Fresh mint

Step one: Muddle watermelon in your cocktail shaker

Step two: Add 25ml Herradura Reposado Tequila

Step three: Then add 25ml fresh lime juice

Step four: Then 25ml agave nectar

Step five: Shake with ice and strain into a Coupe glass

Step six: Garnish with fresh mint
