1 ½ oz. SirDavis American Whisky
¼ oz. Lemon Juice
¼ oz. Honey Syrup*
4 oz. Ginger Beer
Garnish: Lemon Wedge
In a glass, pour SirDavis American Whisky over ice.
Add fresh lemon juice and honey syrup, gently stir to mix ingredients.
Top with ginger beer and garnish with a lemon wedge.
2 parts honey
1 part water
Add 2 parts honey and 1 part water into a small sauce pan over medium heat.
Stir until honey is dissolved.
Allow to cool and transfer to an airtight container.
