One Carat

This spicy carrot cocktail uses cristalino tequila and chile liqueur.

Keyword Ancho Reyes chile liqueur, carrot juice, Cinnamon syrup, cristalino tequila, lemon

1 ½ oz. Maestro Dobel Diamante cristalino tequila½ oz. Ancho Reyes chile liqueur1 oz. Carrot juice½ oz. Lemon juice½ oz. Cinnamon syrup

Combine ingredients and shake.

Pour into rocks glass over ice (can rim first with salt if desired).

Garnish with basil leaf.
