In partnership with Pronghorn, Chilled 100 Bartenders develop original cocktails that not only showcase their individual style but also highlight the unique qualities of Edmond’s Honor bourbon.
When I first tasted the spirit, I was immediately taken to a place of comfort with the fullness of sweetness and warmth. I wanted to make a cocktail to round this out without losing the character, so I thought introducing bold but tame-able flavors was the best way to go. I wanted to make a cocktail that represented both the sweet and bold which is what I sense with this product.

Some of the best stories that lead to the best memories are made while sharing a drink with friends around a fire. That’s the message behind Campfire Stories.
A cocktail that mimics the moment with a smoky earl grey syrup, cardamom bitters, and a healthy pour of Edmond’s Honor Bourbon, which has its own story. When a young Edmond Albius found a groundbreaking method to game pollinate vanilla it truly changed the game. This young black man elevated the production of and accessibility to vanilla beans to an unforeseen level, but sadly it’s a story that until now has been largely untold. But now thanks to his contribution, vanilla has become a ubiquitous flavor everyone knows, and we all owe that debt to this amazing human being.
