Agave Suave
This tequila-based passion fruit cocktail falls somewhere between a Margarita and a Mule.
Agave Suave
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Cayéya tequila½ oz. Lime juice1 oz. Passion fruit mix*2 Ginger coinsGinger beer
Instructions
Add ginger coins to shaker, muddle to express ginger.
Add lime juice, passionfruit mix and tequila to tin.
Shake with ice and strain into Tajin-rimmed glass over fresh ice.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with cucumber surfboard.
Notes
*For Passion fruit mix: equal parts passion fruit puree and Passoa passion fruit liqueur.
