2 oz. Gran Coramino Reposado
1 oz. Fresh Grapefruit Juice
1 oz. Fresh Mango Juice
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. Hot Honey
Chile Lime Salt
Garnish: Chile-Dusted Mango
Build all ingredients in a Cantarito clay cup with ice.
Stir with a spoon to break up the honey.
Add a pinch of Chile Lime Salt.
Garnish with chile-dusted mango.
