U.S. Beverage Signs Partnership with Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum

U.S. Beverage, LLC, (USB) has signed a sales and marketing partnership with legendary rocker and spirits entrepreneur Sammy Hagar’s Puerto Rico-made Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum. The agreement will help expand the footprint of the portfolio of award-winning rums across the United States.

Launched in 2010, Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum offers a newly enhanced line of rums including Platinum Rum, Kola Spiced Rum and Red Head Rum made with macadamia nuts. A partnership with Rick Springfield, the rums are currently available at retail stores in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas and Washington State, according to the company.

“When we created our spirits division at the beginning of this year, it was exactly with brands like Sammy’s in mind,” said Justin Fisch, USB CEO, in a news release. “Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum is an established, high-energy brand that has tremendous long-term potential in a competitive space. We are thrilled to partner with Sammy and his incredible team of industry professionals. Our partnership enables Sammy’s to tap into a full suite of services and relationships that are already in place. There is no more efficient route to new markets.”

The Sammy’s Beach Bar Rum portfolio includes:

Beach Bar Platinum Rum – Tropical notes with hints of coconut and banana make the white rum go well in a mojito, daiquiri, pina colada or sipped neat or over ice. 40% ABV/80 proof (SRP: $21.99 – 24.99/750-ml.).

Beach Bar Kola Spiced Rum – Kola Spiced features kola nut extract with hints of vanilla and coffee. It’s ideal in a rum and cola, as well as for adding a touch of spice to traditional island cocktails. 35% ABV/70 proof (SRP: $21.99 – 24.99/750-ml.).

Beach Bar Red Head Rum – Infused with macadamia nuts and fruit and vegetable juices, Red Head Rum can be enjoyed as a cordial or mixed into cocktails. 35% ABV/70 proof (SRP: $21.99 – 24.99/750-ml.).
