Drink Experiences: Save The Bear at NAHATÉ Dubai 

NAHATÉ, a restaurant and nightlife destination in Dubai, offers a signature cocktail with a bold visual and conceptual twist. The Save The Bear, an extravagant riff on the Espresso Martini, features vodka infused with tonka beans and vanilla pods, cold brew coffee and blackcurrants.

The drink, served from a nitro-charged syphon into a chilled Nick & Nora glass, is poured over a frozen Coca-Cola bear. The name comes from the presentation: As the cocktail fills the glass to the edge, the bear begins to “drown,” prompting the guest to save it by drinking.

Created by Andrey Bolshakov, beverage and marketing director of NAHATÉ Dubai, Save The Bear is priced at 105 AED or $28.59 USD. It’s a playful, thought-provoking experience that turns every sip into a small act of rescue, Bolshakov says. When it comes to mixology and presentation, “every sip tells a story, and every garnish is a conversation starter.”
