Limelight Fizz
Ingredients
2 oz. Belvedere vodka or Fords Gin¾ oz. Cucumber basil syrup¾ oz. Lemon juice2 dashes Celery bitters3 oz. Soda water
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a mixing tin.
Shake vigorously with ice.
Strain into highball glass filled with ice.
Top with soda water.
Garnish with a cucumber slice.
