Serendipity Wines is entering into a new distribution partnership with Integrated Beverage Group (IBG), now representing their portfolio across both California and Texas.
IBG is a leader in Oregon wine, according to the company, with Willamette Valley wineries Firesteed and Duck Pond Cellars. Their portfolio also includes Lifevine, America’s leading Zero Sugar wine; Rascal Wines, which gives back to dog shelters and rescue organizations; and Ransom Distillery, which produces handcrafted spirits and Dhos alcohol-free craft spirits.
“We’re pleased to welcome Integrated Beverage Group to our portfolio,” said Seth Fagelman, CEO of Serendipity Wines, in a news release. “Their emphasis on sustainability skill in targeted brand-building align perfectly with our emphasis on delivering great service, building strong relationships and helping our customers grow their business.”
“We’ve admired what Serendipity is building in the California and Texas markets, and are thrilled to join forces,” added Oren Lewin, CEO of IBG. “They truly care about their producers and their customers—and that’s exactly the kind of partner we were looking for.”
