This run-based cocktail incorporates allspice dram and banana puree.
It’s Bananas
Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Sonrisa Platino Puerto Rican rum½ oz. Allspice dram½ oz. Banana purée½ oz. Lemon juice2 oz. Q tropical ginger beer
Instructions
Combine ingredients (except ginger beer) and shake.
Pour into rocks glass.
Top with ginger beer and stir.
Garnish with banana.
