Jim Beam Unveils Sunshine Blend

The latest innovation out of James B. Beam Distilling Co. is Jim Beam Sunshine Blend.

Made with daytime sipping in mind, Sunshine Blend is 80 proof, intended as a light and smooth whiskey, the company reports.

The lower ABV is a nod to the no/low movement in alcohol right now, with Gen Z and Millennials leading a shift toward lighter, sessionable spirits.

This follows the recent releases of Jim Beam Pineapple and Knob Creek Bourbon x Rye 2025.
