Add all ingredients to the shaker, shake.
Rise the coupe with absinthe and pour the contents in the shaker into a glass using a strainer.
Garnish with a lemon peel.

3 slices of Cucumber, peeled
2 cubes of Watermelon
½ oz. Monin Frosted Mint Syrup
1 oz. Absente Absinthe
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz. Cold Water
Glassware: Large Bucket
Garnish: Cucumber Ribbon, 3 Watermelon balls in a pick, and a Mint Bouquet
Muddle watermelon and cucumber in a mixing glass.
Add the syrup, absinthe, lime, juice, water, and Phil with ice. Shake all ingredients hard to chill.
For the glass: wrap cucumber ribbon on the inside of the glass and fill with pebble ice.
Double strain the cocktail into the prepared bucket glass.
Garnish with watermelon balls on a pic and a mint bouquet.

Put all ingredients in a cocktail tin with ice and shake hard to dilute and chill.
Strained back into the other half of the tin and discarded any leftover ice.
Dry shape to froth up the espresso and pour into a Chilled coupe glass.
