Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC), together with leading supplier partners and The RNDC Foundation, has raised over $140,658 to aid those affected by the recent flooding across Texas.
Spearheaded by RNDC’s Texas team, the funds were raised through a collaborative Flood Relief Program, with 100% of proceeds from participating brands going directly to H-E-B’s Disaster Relief Fund. RNDC amplified the effort with a $10,000 donation from its RNDC Corporate Foundation Fund, according to the distributor.
“Texas is home. And H-E-B is more than a partner—they’re part of our community,” said Michael Dubois, RNDC State EVP of Texas, in a news release. “When disaster struck, our team didn’t hesitate. We knew we had to show up for our neighbors, and I’m proud of how our associates, suppliers and the RNDC Foundation came together to make a real impact and continue to spread awareness for this cause.”
Since its inception, the RNDC Foundation—alongside team-led initiatives—has donated over $1.2 million in 2024, supporting more than 100 nonprofit organizations across key areas such as education, disaster relief, food insecurity and health. Additionally, RNDC associates nationwide have contributed thousands of volunteer hours, according to the distributor. Strategic partnerships with organizations like H-E-B’s Disaster Relief Fund, Feeding America and local community foundations have further amplified RNDC’s reach and impact across the communities it serves.
