Upstate Elevator is expanding their footprint into Tennessee. Consumers can now find their cannabinoid beverages on shelves in Total Wine & More (Knoxville & Brentwood), Gateway Wine & Spirits 9 (Murfreesboro), 109 Liquor & Wine (Lebanon), R&B Liquor (Nolensville) and Mt Juliet Beer (Mt. Juliet). 

Distributed through Best Brands Inc., Upstate Elevator’s 10mg THC infused beverages, including Yuzu Lemonade Spritz, Blackberry Zinger Soda, Orange Pop Soda and Passion Fruit Seltzers, are now available throughout the state.

Tennessee represents a strong growth market for Upstate Elevator’s THC beverages due to its well‑defined regulations, according to the company, which creates a stable environment for long‑term investment and responsible product innovation. Beginning January 1, 2026, Tennessee’s updated hemp law will establish a clearer framework for hemp‑derived products – emphasizing legislation around product quality, responsible sales channels and clear potency guidelines.
