1 ½ oz. Cognac VS¾ oz. Pineau des Charentes rouge½ oz. Strawberry syrup*¾ oz. Fresh lemon juiceHalf white of an eggSpray of absinthe
Add all ingredients but the absinthe to a cocktail shaker.
Add ice, shake, and strain into a cocktail glass.
Spray absinthe on top and garnish with a strawberry.
