The cocktail from Diner Ross Steakhouse in La Vegas uses tequila and agricole rum.
Cherry Paloma
Ingredients
¼ oz. Clemant Agricole rum¼ oz. Black pepper syrup½ oz. Grapefruit½ oz. Vanilla syrup¾ oz. Lime1 oz. Blanco tequila1 ½ oz. Cherry Squirt syrupSoda water
Instructions
Combine ingredients except soda and shake.
Strain into highball glass over Kold Draft cubes
Top with soda and Angostura bitters.
Garnish with split cherry with Firestix blossoms.
