Keyword aguardiente, apple juice, honey syrup, lemon
2 oz. Bacan Guaro 29 aguardiente1 oz. Fresh-pressed unsweetened apple juice½ oz. Honey syrup 1:1 honey and warm water dissolved½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
Combine ingredients in a shaker.
Add ice and shake well until chilled.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a slice of apple dipped in honey.
