Paul is a winemaker and the owner of Paul Brady Wine in Beacon, N.Y., and he just recently launched what is the first official American Sparkler (we’ll explain). Brady joined Keith live on this episode of “Wine 101.” He came to the VinePair office to share the wine with us and discuss all things New York, hybrids, and American Sparklers.
