Ingredients

2 oz. Lalo Tequila Blanco¾ oz. Ube syrup¼ oz. Giffard Banane liqueur¾ oz. Lime juice¼ oz. Lustau amontillado sherry4 dashes Saline

Instructions

Measure all ingredients into a cocktail tin and add ice.
Shake and strain into a Mai Tai glass.
Add fresh ice and garnish with ube salt and banana chip.
