Upstate Elevator THC Seltzers Hit Shelves in Georgia

THC and CBD consumer products brand Upstate Elevator‘s THC seltzers are now hitting shelves in Georgia. Their beverages can now be found at HighTower Drinks (Atlanta), The Cellar Fine Wines (Atlanta), Prince Market (Athens) and convenience stores including Conoco Food Market, Chevron Food Mart, Shell Food Mart, Victory Express and Adairsville Supermarket.

Georgia’s recent regulatory updates have created a welcoming environment for agricultural entrepreneurs and hemp innovators, according to the brand. Under Georgia’s new regulations, hemp-derived THC beverages can be sold to 21+ consumers, provided they meet testing and packaging standards. Fan favorites like Yuzu Lemonade Spritz, Blackberry Zinger Soda, Orange Pop Soda, Ruby Red Ranch Water and Passion Fruit Seltzers are all landing in Georgia. 

Upstate’s team will be in Georgia throughout the year, connecting with consumers through in‑store tastings, local event activations and consumer education sessions, according to the brand.
