F1 Arcade Honors Vegas Opening With LTO Cocktail

To celebrate the opening of a Las Vegas location this month, U.K.-based social entertainment concept F1 Arcade has unveiled a limited-time, Sin City-themed cocktail. Crafted by LP O’Brien, winner of Netflix’s Drink Masters, the What Happens in Vegas is available at F1 Arcade bars nationwide.

The bold, layered rye cocktail combines ginger and yuzu for electric tension, crowned with a smoky blueberry-peat foam and finished with celery bitters and a touch of saline for a subtly off-kilter, unique flavor, according to press materials. “Think a Penicillin crashing into a New York Sour under neon lights — loud, layered, and leaving a lasting impression.”

What Happens in Vegas’ dramatic blueberry-peat foam is carefully stabilized to maintain its height and texture throughout service, while the rye whiskey base balances spice and smoothness for broad appeal. A final touch of expressed lemon oils adds a bright citrus aroma, completing the sensory experience.

Founded in London in 2022, F1 Arcade offers a simulation racing experience promising the excitement, drama and glamor of Formula, plus food and craft cocktails. The eatertainment brand, which also operates a location in Birmingham, U.K., opened its first U.S. venue in Boston in 2024, followed by Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Denver and Las Vegas.
