B.R. Distilling, parent company of Blue Note Bourbon, has selected Ben E. Keith Beverages as its distributor in the state of Texas, as it looks to grow the whiskey portfolio’s footprint.
“Ben E. Keith Beverages is widely regarded as a leader in beverage distribution,” said Chris Crosbie, president and CEO, B.R. Distilling Co., in a news release. “Given Texas’s importance as a whiskey market, we are confident this partnership will significantly enhance awareness and visibility for Blue Note Bourbon throughout the Lone Star State.”
“We are honored to be selected as the Texas distribution partner for Blue Note Bourbon,” added Flint Prewitt, beverage division president for Ben E. Keith Beverages. “Texas is one of the most dynamic and influential markets for whiskey, and we’re excited to introduce this exceptional brand to our customers. Adding Blue Note to our portfolio reflects our commitment to bringing distinctive, high-quality spirits to retailers and consumers across the state.”
Blue Note’s whiskey portfolio is distilled in partnership with Lofted Spirits (parent company of Green River Distilling Company), according to the distillery, and then aged just north of downtown Memphis where the Mississippi and Wolf Rivers collide. The award-winning portfolio includes the flagship Juke Joint ($34.99), Crossroads ($44.99), Uncut ($49.99) and Straight Rye Whiskey ($34.99) expressions.
