Meal planning has become my new favorite thing! I’m not naturally super organized, but having a weekly meal plan, grocery list and dinners included, has made life so much easier. And this week’s simple, delicious meals make it even better.
This week’s dinners are all about making life easier. With simple prep, cozy slow-cooked meals, and one-pan favorites, you’ll have dinner planned and feel less stress throughout your week!
Monday: Beefaroni
Tuesday: 8 Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
Wednesday: Easy Teriyaki Chicken Casserole
Thursday: Slow Cooker Kalua Pulled Pork
Friday: Boneless Wings
This free weekly meal plan is exactly what you need to make your week easier! If you’re tired of last-minute dinner stress, then these recipes are perfect. They’ll feed 4–6 people (depending on your crew), and until you try it, you won’t believe how simple meal planning can be, especially with the included shopping list.
If you haven’t tried my weekly meal plans, this is going to be a game-changer for you! Here’s why I swear by meal planning:
Time Saver: No more 4 PM dinner panic. A meal plan tells you what’s for dinner, what you need, and how long it’ll take.
Money Saver: Planning ahead helps your budget. You’ll shop smarter, buy in bulk, and use leftovers in new ways.
Bye-Bye Takeout: With meals planned and groceries ready, you’ll skip the drive-thru, save money, and eat healthier.
My weekly meal plans always include a printable shopping list that is measured out and ready to go. It makes things so easy!
I only meal plan Monday-Friday because we sometimes have plans over the weekend or I have leftovers that we can have to finish off the week! If you do have leftovers, make sure to store them properly in an airtight container in your fridge.
