Harvest Sour2 oz. Ketel One Botanical Cucumber Mint vodka1 oz. Lime juice¾ oz. Ginger syrup2-3 Green apple slices muddled1 barspoon Spicy tamarind chutney1 dash Celery bitters
In a shaker, combine ingredients with ice.
Shake vigorously for 7-10 seconds.
Strain into a double Old Fashioned glass with a large ice cube.
Add an picked apple fan and grated cinnamon for garnish.
