HDA just announced the completion of L&F Distributors’ new 222,000-square-foot beverage distribution center in El Paso’s Lower Valley—a state-of-the-art facility designed to support the region’s accelerating growth and the company’s long-term expansion.
As the architectural firm behind the project, HDA worked closely with L&F to design a modern, efficient and scalable distribution hub that more than doubles the size of their previous location, according to the company. The new facility integrates advanced logistics technology, a 34-foot clear height warehouse with four-high racking and 18 loading docks—expandable to 27—to accommodate rising demand across Far East El Paso, the City of Horizon and West Texas.
The exterior of the building showcases L&F’s signature colors visible from Interstate 10, according to the company. Inside, the architecture highlights the LaMantia family’s 46-year legacy through curated history displays and storytelling elements. The two-story office environment features collaborative workspaces, a hospitality suite and a health and wellness center complete with an employee gym. Additional enhancements include significantly expanded office capacity, a standalone vehicle maintenance facility and an onsite fueling station to support L&F’s fleet operations.
“Seeing this project come to life has been incredibly rewarding,” said HDA principal and architect, Josh Goodman, in a news release. “This is our fourth project with L&F Distributors, and the LaMantia Family continues to set the bar for excellence. With its bold, branded exterior, meaningful family-history installations, and people-first workplace amenities, the new El Paso distribution center truly embodies the values that have fueled L&F’s growth for more than 46 years. We’re proud to have played a part in creating a facility that reflects who they are—and where they’re headed.”
L&F Distributors celebrated the opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by leadership, employees and El Paso community partners, according to the company. The company also announced a $100,000 donation to Texas Tech Health El Paso’s Fox Cancer Center.
