1 oz. Egg white¾ oz. Simple syrup 1:1¾ oz. Lemon juice2 oz. Second Sip gin¾ oz. Mulled wine float
Combine first four ingredients and dry shake.
Then shake with ice.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Float mulled wine over the top.
