Stephen’s Ginger Martini
Makes 1 serving
2½ ounces vodka or London dry gin1½ ounces Domaine de Caton ginger liqueur1 splash Grand Marnier1 splash Lillet Blanc½ ounce white dry vermouth
In a cocktail shaker, add vodka or gin, ginger liqueur, Grand Marnier, and Lillet Blanc. Add ice, and shake until cold.
Pour vermouth into a chilled coupe glass and swirl; discard vermouth. Strain shaker mixture into prepared glass.
