1 ½ oz. Astral Tequila Blanco
¾ oz. Lime Juice
¾ oz. Pomegranate Juice
½ oz. Agave Nectar
Glassware: Rocks Glass

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
Garnish with a sprig of toasted rosemary.
1 ½ oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream
1 tsp Hot Chocolate Powder
3 oz. Milk
Glassware: Mug
Garnish: Whipped Cream, Cocoa Powder
Combine hot chocolate powder and milk in a mug.
Add Baileys Original Irish Cream and stir to combine.
Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
Combine ingredients and stir and strain into a coupe cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon peel and cherry.
Combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice.
Shake and strain into a serving glass with fresh ice.
Top with banana slices and cane sugar.
Torch for 10-15 secs until brown and bubbling.
Gently stir ingredients in a separate glass.
Strain into rocks glass, add garnish, and serve.
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass.
Stir for about 15 to 20 seconds.
Strain over a coupe glass filled with ice and garnish.
21 oz. Buchanan’s 12-Year DeLuxe Blended Scotch Whisky
15 oz. Coconut Cream
13.5 oz. Coconut Milk
12 oz. Evaporated Milk
14 oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tbsp Cinnamon
Glassware: Rocks
Garnish: Shaved Nutmeg
Mix the Buchanan’s DeLuxe 12 YO, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
Stir until combined and chill before serving.
1 ½ oz. Old Parr 12
¼ oz. Cinnamon Syrup
Squeeze of Lemon
Premium Club Soda, to top
Glassware: Rocks
Garnish: Cinnamon stick
Combine Old Parr 12, cinnamon syrup and squeeze of a lemon into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into a rocks glass over ice.
Top with a premium club soda and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
1 ½ oz. Johnnie Walker Black Label
½ oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Honey
Glassware: Brandy Glass or Mug
Garnish: Sprig of Toasted Rosemary or Star Anise with Cinnamon Stick
Heat up 3.4 oz of water until hot.
Add water to a brandy glass with Johnnie Walker Black Label, lemon juice, and honey.
Lightly stir everything together and garnish with a toasted rosemary sprig or a star anise and cinnamon stick.
Add Tanqueray No. TEN Gin, Dry Vermouth, and 2 Orange Bitters dashes to mixing glass.
Stir and strain into chilled martini glass.
Garnish with expressed manicured grapefruit twist.
