GŪD Essence Clearwater Hosts Weekly Wellness Event Series
GŪD Essence, a Black woman-owned cannabis and wellness brand, is hosting a weekly wellness event series at the new Clearwater location to educate the local community and spotlight small businesses. Each week, guests can explore cannabis products, ask questions and connect with local vendors at these events.
Whether new to cannabis or a seasoned enthusiast, there’s something for everyone. Come for the education, stay for the community and leave feeling GŪD.
Starting Sunday, February 1st, weekly events include:
Mondays from 7p.m. to 8 p.m. | Puff + Yoga
Puff + Yoga is a slow-flow, beginner-friendly yoga experience designed to encourage relaxation, breathwork and mindful movement. Guests are invited to bring their own wellness routine and enjoy a calming, judgment-free environment guided by a certified instructor. This class focuses on grounding, flexibility and stress reduction through gentle poses and intentional breathing. This is a BYOW (Bring Your Own Wellness) event. Air filtration will be used in the designated greenroom area to ensure a comfortable experience for all. Guests can expect a guided, low-impact yoga flow, breathwork and grounding techniques in a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Tuesdays, from 6 to 7 p.m. | Tuesday Terp Talk
Tuesday Terp Talk is an educational cannabis discussion series focused on understanding terpenes, cannabinoids and how they influence aroma, flavor and overall experience. Led by experienced educators and wellness professionals, each session highlights a different topic to help you feel confident, informed and empowered when exploring wellness options. Tuesday Terp Talk is beginner-friendly and approachable.

Thursdays from 2 to 3 p.m. | Golden Hour
Golden Hour is a complimentary weekly education and community hour created exclusively for senior patients. This calm, welcoming session focuses on cannabis basics, responsible use education and CBD product demonstrations in an easy-to-understand format. Designed to foster comfort, confidence and conversation, Golden Hour offers seniors a dedicated space to ask questions, learn at their own pace and connect with knowledgeable staff.
Guests can expectsenior-focused cannabis education, CBD product demonstrations and a Q&A with trained team members in a comfortable, pressure-free environment.

Fridays from 7 to 8 p.m. | Puff + Paint
Puff + Paint is a creative social experience where guests can unwind, express themselves and enjoy an evening of guided painting. All art supplies are provided, and participants are led step-by-step to create their own canvas artwork – no experience required. This event is a BYOW (Bring Your Own Wellness) format, with air filtration in the greenroom to maintain a comfortable atmosphere.

Saturdays from 6 to 8 p.m. | Elevated Movie Night, Infused Popcorn Bar
Movie Night at GŪD Essence offers a cozy, community-centered evening featuring a curated film and an infused popcorn seasoning bar. Guests can customize their popcorn using wellness-inspired seasoning blends while learning about infusion concepts in a transparent, educational setting. All infused products and ingredients will be supported by appropriate COAs for transparency and education.

Sundays from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. | Frequency & Flow Sunday Sound Healing
Frequency & Flow Sound Healing is a deeply calming, restorative experience led by Christy Marie of Diviiine ‘Scense. Using crystal and metal sound bowls, this session invites guests to relax, reset and ground through sound vibration and intentional stillness. This donation-based offering is designed to close the week with peace, presence and community connection.
Cost: Free to attend, $20 donation encouraged.
