0.5 oz. Simple Syrup

Add Baileys Chocolate Liqueur, Ketel One Vodka and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
Shake and fine strain into a coupe or martini glass.
Whip heavy cream and sugar to very soft peaks using a whisk.
Pour over the cocktail, and top with three drops of chocolate syrup or melted chocolate.
Run a toothpick through the dots to create chocolate hearts.
